Returns and Credits

If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days of your order date for a refund, credit or exchange.  

First obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  Click here to request your RMA Number please reference your order number and the reason for the return.  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, per the manufacturers' requirements and will be shipped to you at no extra cost in any case the RMA number must be obtained in advance from the returns department.  Exchanges for returned items are shipped only when the merchandise arrives back to the distribution center.  Items must be returned in original packaging, in new unused condition and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from the distribution center.  As per our terms and conditions, once a bottle of oil has been opened we can no longer vouch for the contents; therefore, we do not accept returns on open bottles of any type. Please mail your package prepaid, insured, a traceable method, include a copy of the invoice and mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
