Shipments

Orders are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. (Allow more time when placing on a weekend or holiday.) We will ship products anywhere in the United States.  All shipments FOB Auburn, CA 95604, via USPS with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation or other common carrier.  All shipping charges are determined by product weight, shipping method and the final destination. If for some reason the cost differs from the original invoice a corrected invoice will be emailed to your attention. All orders shipped within California will be charged sales tax accordingly. Singing Bird Incorporated® chooses to use the United States Postal Service for deliveries for most orders. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method and your shipment's destination.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options or if you require other shipping arrangements.
